A credit card number or gift certificate number is required to secure all appointments. We request that you leave babies and children at home. Turn off cell phones, pagers, and blackberries. This is your time to relax and be in the moment.
Inform our front desk staff if you have any special needs or concerns to allow us to ensure your time spent with us a memorable experience.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment so that your session can begin on time. Starting your session on time allows you to receive the full benefit of your complete and unhurried service. So that the following client is not inconvenienced; appointment duration will be adjusted for late arrivals at the full fee.
We require at least twenty-four hours notice to cancel any appointment, and a credit card number is needed to hold your reservation. No show appointments for facials, chemical peels and microdermabrasion will be charged in full to the card number with which they were held.
Appointments missed without 24 hours cancellation for laser hair removal will be charge $100 no show fee.
Gratuities for the medical estheticians are at your discretion and are not included in any service or package.
